Communication is key. Our experiential learning and collaboration platform provides the tools necessary for all program partners to get the data they need.

Document On-The-Job Training

Learners perform job-embedded activities specified by their instructors, sponsors, or admins. They can log time spent on an activity and attach artifacts as files, links, or comments.

Record Feedback

Onsite evaluators (mentors or journeyworkers) observe their assigned learners perform activities in the field. When evaluating, they can provide a score using an instructor-designated scoring rubric, attach files or links, and leave a comment to let the learner (and their instructors or admins) know how they are performing.

Inform and Improve Curriculum

Award credits for your learners’ field experience with confidence! Instructors and admin have access to activity details, dashboards, and summary reports to support their curriculum decisions. These can be exported and attached to your accreditation narratives as evidence of learning reports.
